Privacy policy

The short version

This page has one interactive element: a form that takes your name, your email address, and an optional comment, so we can tell you when Kitespire opens. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded.

This site is intended for a United States audience.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for, and only if you type it in and submit it: your name, your email address, and the comment in the last box if you choose to write one. Nothing else — no company, no phone number, no address, and nothing gathered in the background.

The comment is optional and the form works without it. Please don’t put anything sensitive in it — it’s a free-text box on a pre-launch page, not a support channel. In particular, please don’t include financial account numbers, health information, or government ID numbers.

What we never do with it

Where it’s held

There’s no database behind this form. When you submit it, what you typed is sent as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and arrives in Kitespire team mailboxes on Google Workspace. Both are US-based services processing it on our behalf.

That means a copy may sit in our Resend account’s sending records as well as in those mailboxes. And if a message fails to send, what you submitted is written to our hosting provider’s server logs instead — so your signup isn’t lost without anyone noticing. Those logs are short-lived.

We keep this information only as long as needed to tell you about Kitespire’s launch, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. This page sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party scripts. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from a font provider, so loading the page doesn’t tell anyone else that you visited. Because this page doesn’t track visitors, Do Not Track browser signals have no effect here.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as any web host does. We do not use them to identify or track visitors.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the address below and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — and any email we send about the launch will carry an unsubscribe link, honored promptly. There’s nothing to lose by asking; you don’t need to give a reason.

Changes to this policy

This policy will change — most immediately when the product itself launches. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

Governing law

This policy, and any dispute about it, is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Limits on our liability

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, but no website can guarantee perfect security. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kitespire LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or this form. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have that can’t be waived under applicable law.
